Q:If a character with Improved Movement: Ignores Characters moves in a square adjacent to Rag Doll and then a square not adjacent to him, is that character dealt 1 unavoidable damage after actions resolve due to Contortionist and Opportunist?
A:Yes, that character ignores Ragdoll during movement. Ragdoll does not ignore that character, so his effect will still trigger after actions resolve.
