Heroclix 3.0

I'd been throwing these together since before the Heroclix 2.0 announcement, but now that that's out, I figure I might as well put it up somewhere. This is a list of changes that I think would improve the game. Some of them, like the LE thing, seems less relevant in light of HC2.0, but would be a good idea once prize support(supposedly) returns after JLA. I'll continue to add and modify this list as I think up new ideas. I'm trying to figure out somethign to make LoF easier.

• ALL figures would be detachable from their bases as if they were fliers. Grounded dials would come with a depressed notch into which a standard oval flight base or toe-peg could be inserted. This allows for easier repair and modding.
  
• Any character with a flight Symbol without a Flight Stand has the Hover movement type. This allows him to have all the benefits of flight aside from Soaring, and is perfect for characters that are capable of ignoring terrain, ignoring elevation, and ignoring oposing pieces, but cannot reliably reach or maintain Soaring status, for example Flash or Wasp.
  
• They should add a Universal movement symbol, or allow for both Aquatic and Flight symbols to be on a base. Either way, the symbol would allow you to have all the benefits of flight, as well as meeting the pre-requisites of Grounded and Aquatic movement.
  
• Official tournaments should be set at 400 points, not 300.There are just too many characters who are too powerful to fit comfortably on a 300 point team (and rightly so).
  
• Purple Ring bases are Tournament legal.
  
• All tournament prize LEs are also released in booster packs, in the same rarity as Uniques, with purple rings instead of gold.
  
• Arch-Enemy bases would have three raised nubs across the tops of the dials to allow for easier turning.
