So - I have one character with this trait, I can add 1 character of 50pts or less, who gains the keyword and flight.

If I have 2 characters with this trait, and one doesn't use it, the other one may add a character of 100pts or less, who gains the keyword and flight.

If I have 3 characters with this trait, I can either have 3 characters of 50pts or less (one recruited by each) OR 2 characters, 1 of 50pts or less, and 1 of a 100 pts or less, all/both of whom gain the keyword and flight.

Obviously all of these have to be within the points build.
