(Special) Draconic Metamorph: At the beginning of the game, you may turn Vange Whedon to click #25. (Her starting click doesn't change.)
(Attack) Distract Them with the Claws, Hit Them with the Tail: Blades/Claws/Fangs. When Vange Whedon makes a close attack and hits, after resolutions deal 1 damage and give an action token to another opposing character within 2 squares and line of fire.
(Defense) Human Until Splashed by Blood...: Vange Whedon is [Standard symbol] instead of [Colossal symbol]. When Vange Whedon or an adjacent friendly character would take damage, they don't take that damage and instead turn Vange Whedon to her starting click. Protected: Pulse Wave, Outwit.
(EDIT: I had the dial wrong and thought the human click was immediately before click #1. I have added the last KO-click now)
She has a 75-point starting line on click #13.
Q1: If she activated her trait from this starting line, and her defense power was chosen by something like this FREE:
Quote
(Damage) Few Men Are As Subtle As Doom: Outwit. FREE: Choose an opposing character of lower points within 4 squares and line of fire and a power (standard or special) they can use. The chosen character can't use that power until your next turn.
... and she was then damaged, would she gain access to clicks beyond her starting line? If she took 1 damage for example, would she end up on click #1, despite her starting line being on click #13?
(EDIT: With a KO-click on click #26, it’s clear that she just gets KO’d)
Q2: Forgetting about the “Outwit” situation, now that I’m reading the defense power again, does it even deal with pushing damage or unavoidable damage properly? Would it activate and move her to click #13 if she pushed herself or was dealt unavoidable damage from something. Would the unavoidable damage apply afterwards, so she ends up on click #14?
Here’s the Rulebook entry about those damage types:
Quote
From the Core Rulebook, p. 16:
UNAVOIDABLE DAMAGE
Unavoidable damage is a type of damage dealt that can’t be reduced or prevented from being dealt or taken by any effect.
Quote
If a character is dealt unavoidable damage, it will take that damage. For example, a character with an effect that says “it can’t be damaged” is still dealt and takes unavoidable damage.
PUSHING DAMAGE
Pushing damage is a type of damage dealt that can’t be reduced or prevented from being dealt or taken by any effect except one that specifically mentions pushing damage.

Reason: I had the dial wrong. It’s fixed now
My guess is that she would go to click 13 - since you cannot heal past your starting line, and when you play her at 75, her starting line for the game is 13.
If you outwit the power, I would treat it as click 0, so it would go 0, 13, 14, 15...

But she’s not healing. Nothing in the rules sets a precedent for jumping between clicks like that. If she does end up on click #1, though, she would of course not be able to heal until she made it down past her starting line.
For Question 1, she would be KO'd. The first click after her "human" click is a KO click. The way the dial is presented in the units section is incorrect.

Ah, I see. That’s certainly more in line with similar figures we got in the past. It’s a bit of a shame though, as the click #1-scenario would have been a nice deterrent from people trying to circumvent her transformation.
I’ll edit the dial above to reflect it. I had to edit it to put the human click on click 25, anyway.
im not sure i understand the question. The defense power on her human click has protected outwit, and pulse wave, so im not sure how you would get rid of it. When she is damaged and transforms, she goes to her starting click not click number one, unless that is her starting line.
Rulings have been pretty consistent about Unavoidable damage. Given that the timing here is 'instead' of taking the damage, as opposed to something that would occur prior to taking the damage, and you can't prevent this damage in any way, you would be KO'd. 1 Outwit and 2 easy Incaps is a simple effective way to KO her if she chooses to go to that click.

That makes sense. Although you shouldn’t need Outwit to push her. She has Earthbound/Neutralized on that click, so no Willpower.

Look at the other power I quoted above. It disables powers like Outwit, but isn’t Outwit, so Protected:Outwit won’t help.
If she's on click #25 and her defense power cannot be used (by using special powers such as Doom's or Prime Black Widow's), any damage dealt to her would result in a KO'd.
