Pretty sure I know the answer to this but just to make it official, as I am not seeing the term used in the rulebook
Displayed here would mean only the powers currently showing on the dial, right? If a character has Flurry somewhere on their dial, but not showing on their current click, it wouldn't count for giving Ox a bonus?

Yeah, only red power showing on currently on the characters dial.
Which also mean if they can use red power due to a trait or special power it doesn't count.

That's right - you actually have to see red on the dial.
