I have a non flyer who is adjacent to both an enemy non flyer, and an enemy flyer. Could I do a RANGED attack against the Flyer? Could I do a close combat attack against the flyer?

I beleive I can do close combat to either, but not ranged...but this came up today and I want to be sure. Thanks.

You could only do a close combat attack, to wich enemy it doesnt matter though. If your fig were a flyer you'd have your choice of doing a close combat or a ranged attack.

Yup, Flyers can always make a ranged combat attack to an adjacent enemy figure unless you're trying to attack through two diagonal figures.
