Leadership and TK both for 25 points is great. His traits just sweeten and put him over the top.

i'd rather he had sidestep here, better combo with TK and at just 25 points that's mostly what i'd play him for anyway is cheap leadership & TK

I would play him just for the trait. TK, flight and decent stats are the sweeteners.
