MINIONS OF DOOM - When this character KO's a standard opposing character, after resolutions heal 1 click on a friendly character using this team ability.
MIND CONTROL CLOSE/RANGE: Minimum range 6. Make a close/range attack. Instead of normal damage, each hit character halves speed and becomes friendly to your force and, one at a time, may in either order: Move and/or make an attack, then it reverts forces.
If puppet master for example, were to copy minions of doom TA, then MC an opposing character, and then opposing character KO's an enemy piece... Does Puppet Master get minions of doom TA proc since it was the mc that KO'd or not? TY for reading and resonding!

The effect (in this case, an attack) that dealt the damage that KO'd the character did not come from Puppet Master. It came from the Mind Controlled character (the attacker). Therefore, the Mind Controlled character is the one that KO'd them.
Puppet Master having the Minions of Doom TA in this scenario would not cause it to trigger, since Puppet Master did not KO the opposing character.
