Can't wait to play her with deadpool, have him search through her bag, pull out a set of finger guns, and kill everybody.

I feel like she got nerfed with the new rules. Since now EE & PS/P are power actions. Or am I wrong?

Neither EE nor PS are power actions. She got 'nerfed' only on the sense that EE, P/PB, and PS no longer combo. She cant give those power combinations to any effect anymore
