Question #1:
If a click starts their movement from within Unus the Untouchable's range, and rolls a 1-3 for his ability will they have to leave his range with that move action, or can they not move/move 0 and stay there?

Question #2:
Considering Unus the Untouchable's range is what is used for this ability, can he modify his range with perplex in order to make the area of affect larger?

Question #3:
As it says "Once per Action". When carrying a clix would both the character carrying and being carried need to roll?

My take:

1. If they roll a 1-3 after making it into his bubble, they are subject to the entirety of the power still and therefore cant move period.

2. The range isnt stated or fixed in the power, so I say yes, it can be expanded by other powers and abilities.

3. I think both would have to roll. The carrier may fail and hit 1-3, but upon placing the carried character INSIDE the bubble would still trigger the power again. If the carrier makes it in and say bases Unus, upon placing the carried figure, if they fail, would have to be placed outside the bubble in the first legal square. That where it gets tricky but sounds right to me. A rules lawyer may be up to digging in the comprehensive rules but I aint doing that at 8am. Good luck!

Question #4:
If a Clix fails inside of the bubble would they need to be placed outside of this range? and, if it is placed outside his range who decides the placement?

No. The character would simply not be able to move into any squares within his range. If the only adjacent (aka "moveable") squares are within his range, the character just wouldn't move.

Question #5:
Would Clix that Ignore characters for movement purposes be able to ignore his power?

No. The text of IM: Characters is this:

This is the only effect that IM: Characters has. Note that it says nothing about ignoring powers or abilities of characters while moving, just that you:

1. Automatically Break Away

and

2. Can move through squares adjacent to or occupied by opposing characters without stopping.

Unus would still affect these characters with his power.
