The total points of the generated characters must be equal to or less than Harley and Ivy's point value. Protected: Pulse Wave.

Question:

Just looking for clarity on how/when this Trait is scored. You can never be too sure. Are Harley and Ivy scored when they are KO'd? Is the Harley or Ivy that is generated scored when they are KO'd? I'm think yes to both based on how the Trait reads.
