Can use? Or is it gain Earthbound?

This is a very compelling use of forty points. Triple-target Hypersonic Incap and 4-6 Super Senses are likely to be deeply annoying to face, giving out Earthbound seems situational but can't hurt, and the Empower is a nice little bonus feature. Do wish he had Improved Movement of his own, if not the Wall-Crawler trait of the main set; that might be a little much to ask, I suppose. Have to get one of the super-strong spiders to set up terrain the way he needs it.

Slade, I don't know if there's a distinction between "Can Use" and "Gain" anymore - I'm not sure "Gain" is really a thing in the comprehensive rules this year - but eh, shrug emoji.

@Bobcat2022, yeah but can implies does not have to, it's a bad choice of words. I missed the part about no improved movement, so thanks for pointing that out. Not terrible for 40 points, but I like the smba001 Spider-Man for the same cost better.
