This might be my last "regular" hoard cracking.

Namor looks crazy good for Shang-Chi (and with MThor). I want him champed sooner rather than later, so I decided I would go deep into his release store.

That made me think that maybe I'm at a point in the game where I can afford the CP to go deep into the release stores instead of waiting weeks for the new toon to appear in the legendary store. As a benefit, it will mean that the other 2 toons in the release store will go up a few levels, which is a development my roster has never benefited from all that much (maybe a little during Fan Favorite stores).

So with that becoming my new normal, I can go into the Legendary store now to champ up Agatha and Mephisto (Nova is already champed).

Jugg4rnaut is still my 4* favorite and Onslaught is my 5*. Both of these guys are in my regular play - I like Onslaught with Shang-Chi much more than MThor and Juggie is the anchor of my PVE team.

Final Analysis -
The ISO loss is bigger than usual because I champed 2 toons this time. It'll get hit again in a few days when Namor's store opens up. I used 92 tokens and got 19 back through redemptions.

Also, I'm finally at a point where some 4*s that have been in my roster for YEARS are moving up. See, once upon a time, we didn't have "championing" (let alone ascension). During those times, once you were at 5 covers for a toon, there wasn't anything else to do with that cover. And so, in those early days, I would roster a second copy of the toon.

There were about a dozen such toons where I had these extra covers when they released championing. But they didn't offer us a way to "unroster" covers to add them into our champs. So instead those undercovered versions just languished in my roster. 2-8 covers each, just sitting there.

Until now, where their championed version has finally maxed out and now I'm putting new covers into them. With this cracking, I've got a number of these guys hitting 13 covers and now they are on their way to feeding my ascension character.

Patience is its own reward sometimes.
