sorry if this has been answered (i couldnt find it anywehere) but can sabertooth charge then use bcf for dmg ? and can he also flurry with bcf on both attacks ? i know u cant charge to close combat expert and i know u cant running shot to range combat expert.. was wondering if the flurry and bcf are treated the same as well as charge and bcf

Yes to both. The difference is that Running Shot allows a Ranged Combat Action and Ranged Combat Expert requires a Power Action.

Just to clarify WHY it works. Most Powers and Abilities in the game require Actions to activate. One notable exception is BCF. It activates "when you give this character a close combat action" and doesn't require an Action of its own. So check the PAC and if anything you're doing gives you a Close Combat Action you may use BCF. Clear as mud?
