Okay the MoE Team Ability states:

When two or more friendly members of this team are adjacent to the same member of an opponent's force, they may each make a close combat or a ranged combat attack against that character using only one action from your allotment of actions for the turn. All characters attacking in this way reciee an action token.


Does that mean that you can make a ranged combat attack to an adjacent character when using this ability??

flying characters may make ranged attacks even on adjacent figures, so in MOE this would work with moonstone, ultron, yellowjacket, and crimson cowl. Your going to get the most use out of this ability if you have an MOE flyer carry a grounded MOE and possibly push the flyer the next turn to do the double attack.

Better yet use a wildcard flyer and do the carry/push technique and then have them fly back to trade off a click with an x-men or teen titan

only if the figure making the attack is a flyer, ie crimson cowl. or if the figure you are attacking is a flyer.

a grounded figure can not make a ranged attack against another grounded figure.
