Sidewinder is teamed with e-Ultron and V-Demon. Can Ultron taxi Demon through blocking terrain? Or does the taxied character have either be Ser Soc or have phasing?

The only figures that can taxi other figures are fliers, or those with the Passenger feat.

If Sidewinder has the Pssenger feat, he may taxi anyone that is not a flier using the SS TA

Yes, Ultron can carry Demon and, with that action, copy the Serpent Society TA and ignore blocking terrain. Figures being carried do not need to be able to Phase/Teleport.

Sidewinder can't get the Passenger feat, because he does not fly, and never gets leap/climb or phasing.

SS TA with V Doom = opponents hide in their little holes on an indoor map running shot through walls ftw.

Using the SS TA requires a power action, so does running shot, so you can't combine the two, I believe.

Dr. Doom can not RS thru walls. The Serpent Society TA gives the ability to phase which is a move action. RS is a ranged combat action that allows a ranged combat attack. You can't do two things at once. Some of the Judges with better language can clean this up.

When the SS TA came out this was discussed. I personally would like HellBoy to charge thru walls, but it isn't legal.

Actually, Serpent Society TA is a *power* action, not a move action. The reason Running Shot and Serpent Society do not work together is they both require a power action and you can't give a figure more than one non-free action in a turn.
