If I were to use Oracle with ICWo, removing oracle at the start of the game, would I be able to use both damage powers, one from oracle's dial and 1 from the agent's dial?

I thought not, as I thought that you could only have one power per value (so far at least). Am I right or Wrong?

you can use both powers as long as they're not the same (ie. outwit/outwit, etc.)
