does damage reducing powers (toughness, impervious...) work against poison, or is poison an automatic damage thing, like incapacitate?

Poison is "damage dealt", so damage reducing powers work just fine.


By the way, Incapacitate deals 0 damage. Instead, it gives the target an action token. Whether or not that target takes any pushing damage is entirely dependent on if it already has a token and if it has Willpower or Power Cosmic TA.

This is why Poison works so well with Armor Piercing- that means that the damage reducers cannot reduce the Poison damage below 1, which is what it was anyway.
