I was just wondering. If you were holding an object, could you throw it towards a teammate? Say they were 7 spaces away. Could you throw a small object in their direction and let it fall to the ground so they could use Nanobots?

I'm pretty sure you cannot. But if you had TK you could throw it to a team mate and then use it.

or you could push yourself off of super strength so that the object drops, then your teammate could eat it

Remember that the character using Nanobots has to be the only character adjacent to the object. In other words, the carrier has to move unless they plan to use Nanobots themselves.
