I had a question in a tourney come up they other day and I need clarification from a judge. I based an opposing figure on top of a building(Roof's edge) with Robin. He proceeded to roll doubles on his attack thus Robin took a knockback. My question is since Robin has L/C does he take damage from falling off the building? I said NO, but I am not 100% sure since I could not find any rules commenting on this topic. It appears to me that since he ignores elevated terrain that this would not apply to him. Please help clear this up for me!!
Don't quote me but I believe the only figs that wouldn't take damage from a knock back off a roof are:
Flyers (without earthbound)
Pieces with invulnerability (once they've taken the damage)
Pieces with impervious (once they've taken the damage)
Pieces with combat reflexes (once they've taken the damage)
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.
Bud's right. Leap/Climb ignores elevated terrain only when the character is given a move action or takes a close combat action (it could then attack someone on any elevation).
