i know you probably cant do this but ill ask anyway
can u mc your own figs? i looked up MC and it doesnt say you have to target an enemy. i figure if you could, then you could use, say, another 1 of your figs twice for only 1 token (doubtful but i can hope cant i?)

No. From the Icons rule book (page 19):
Targeting Friendly Characters
You cannot target a friendly character with an attack. A character can never target itself with any attack or power—damaging or healing—unless a power, feat, or other game effect specifically says otherwise.
And just to prove how good it is that it doesn't work, consider this team, that was mentioned in a similar thread a while ago:
U Thor 186
E Karma 49
E Karma 49
R Paramedic 8
R Paramedic 8
Basic tactics:
Action #1:
Karma A uses Mind Control on Thor and Karma B.
Thor attacks.
Karma B (under the influence of Karma A) uses Mind Control on Thor and Paramedic A.
Thor attacks.
Paramedic A heals Karma A.
Action #2:
Karma B uses Mind Control on Thor and Karma A.
Thor attacks.
Karma A (under the influence of Karma B) uses Mind Control on Thor and Paramedic B.
Thor attacks.
Paramedic B heals Karma B.
Action #3:
Thor attacks.
So, with this setup you could get Thor to attack 5 times in a single round. With neglible feedback to the Karmas thanks to the 2 Paramedics. Cheesy, no? That's why it's not allowed...
