No. Inspiring Command specifies team symbol. Wildcards (like Minions of Doom) would only be able to use it with other Wildcards (like Minions of Doom).

ok what bout Thunderbolted Avengers? same goes for them too? like i.e on a Outsiders team w/thunderbolted avengers.

No. So, Inspiring Command won't work. Again, the key word on the IC card is "team symbol", not "team ability[/b].

Technically speaking, you can't T-bolt the Outsiders. But, other than that, NV's answer stands correct (as usual)....
