According to the actual rules, for a regional tourney let's say, do I have to have a copy of a feat card for each person on my team that has that card? Like, if I have 3 characters on my team with protected, do I need 3 copies of the card?

I'm not looking for how people's venues have house ruled this, I'm looking for if anyone knows the "official" rule on this matter.

Yes I think you do. That has been the rule at every venue I have played at so I'm assuming that's the official rule. (I have played at 5 different venues.)

You are correct XO. Unless a feat targets multiple figures (ICWO for example), you must have a copy of each feat for each figure using it.
