How does lazurus pit work in terms of scoring it?

eg. U sentry has fortitude and lazarus pit.

With the 1 shot feats (protected, laz pit) your opponent is awarded the points as soon as you use them. The scoring for laz pit is that when the character is killed the opponent is awarded the kill points(plus the points for laz pit). So in your situation sentry would be worth 229 points for your opponent. BUT if the tournament counts kill+surivial points that you would get the sentry's points in your survival portion essentially nullifying the 209 your opponent got for killing him(he would still get the laz pit points. If the tournament only counts kill points then laz pit is not very good. Hope This helps.

let me clarify that some more-
the opponent gets the points for the character EACH time they kill the character, so if sentry had laz pit on him and they killed him again after he came back they would get 442 points(211+211+20).

In the example, Sentry has laz pit and fortitude. When he is KO's and put on laz pit, the opponent gets the points for sentry and laz pit, as blastzard has said. If Sentry was Ko'd a second time the opponent would get the points for Sentry again plus the points for fortitude, as well as any other feats he may have assigned to him.

Another point, when he comes back into the game, he still has the feats he started with, except Laz Pit cause it was used, but he cannot use them until the special marker is removed. I think. It says you cannot use your powers or team abilities, but doesn't mention feats specifically. So what if you have a feat that you qualify for, such as shellhead. You have toughness and so qualify for shellhead, can you use it?

The DC errata specifies that you can't use feats until the special marker is removed.
