Well, Shi's attack would knock Marrina off the side, which would KO her, if Shi's attack hadn't finished her in the first place. Things are looking bad for my wet warriors. But, well, Subby's on a nice click. Let's see if we can use that...
He'll push to attack Mandarin withhis first flurry. AV11 on DV17, needs 6. Second attack on DV14, needs 3. Gets 8 and that's a total of 6 to Mandarin. 1 to Sub-Mariner for the push.
Black Manta to Incapacitate Sunfire. AV9 on DV16 +1 for hindering, needs 8. Gets 6. Good Ol' Black Manta, living up to his rep

"You shall pay for your effrontery, Sunfire," Namor declared, "but first the real threat must be addressed." He turned and bore into the Mandarin with his full fury. The villain tried to protect himself with a force field, but against the Savage Sub-Mariner in full-on battle mode, even he was hard pressed to defend himself.
You forgot to have Jinx reroll when Subby first attacked. Reroll is 8 so it still works.
Jinx on Namor. Needs 6, rolls 9. No need for a reroll. 2 direct damage to him with her psycho-blast.
Mandarin vs. Subby. Needs 7, rolls 7. 2 to Subby. Ummmmm...hmmmm...can he use rce with another flier?. If he can get, if not he rolls 4 to break away and moves to I24. If not the first, the second...

You certainly may make a ranged attack from one flier to another, even if adjacent. Mandarin's damage is down to 1 however. +2 for RCE for 3 and reduced by 1 for Namor's Tougness, so he'llt ake 2 from Mandarin's attack on top of Jinx's 2. Things are looking quite bad for me here.
One move here - Aquaman to finish Katana, AV7 on DV14, needs 7. Gets 5.

Sunfire vs. Subby. Needs 5, rolls 11. Sub-Mariner has fallen, even with that erratic long dial.
Katana vs. Aquaman. Needs 7, rolls 4. Reroll is 4.
Shi vs. Black Manta. Mandarin outwits her toughness. She needs 5, rolls 4.
Well you still have Aquaman and Black Manta but that's not saying a lot. If you feel the need to surrender and start the next round, I support it. Otherwise we'll play this out.

"Sunfire...stop baiting the Sub-Mariner, it only provokes your anger. Now quickly do not bother burning him, he is a man of water, simply dry him out," Mandarin suggests but in a commanding voice.
Sunfire grumbles but does as suggested and, to his dismay, using his powers as heat he burns out the Sub-Mariner until he collapses.
Aquaman turns to his old enemy Black Manta, "This is going to be a long day, Manta," is all he can say.
What, you mean you're not afraid of Black Manta??? Oh, the indignity. Yeah. All right. You win this one. Didn't really expect Atlantis to do that well. Too close-combat heavy, especially on a big open map like this one.
