and Psychic blast and Armor Piercing....

If a MM character is hit by any attack with these powers and the damage is MM'd to a character with a damage reducer...would any of these effects still be in play vs the damage reducers?

Yes. From the General Errata:

The effects of Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness still affect the recipient of damage from Mastermind, and will ignore that character’s damage reducing powers. (Reworded for clarity).
