If exp man hunter had her L/C outwited could she still use pounce? Leap climb isnt used in a pouncing but it is a prerequesite so would it mean she doesnt meet the prereq? Any help would be cool. ty

Yes, it will negate that figure from using Pounce. The pre-req. is that the power must be showing on the dial.....

Jyst like when you Outwit RCE or Plasticity ona Trickshot figure. If Metallo had Trickshot, he doesn't "use" Plasticity with it, but he can't use it if it's canceled/Outwitted...etc

Of course, you don't need to *use* RCE to use Trickshot... if KC GL uses Running shot, and therefore can't use RCE, he can still use Trcikshot because RCE is on the dial...

Are there any feats (other than BT) that require a power to be on the dial, but don't need for it to [currently] be showing?

The only one is Brilliant tactition and since it requires both outwit and perplex; the outwit doesn't need to be showing, but the perplex does need to be showing.

There are some feats and team abilities like in contact with oracle that apply powers to your dial that aren't printed but are treated as if they were.

Example: Vet Shaman since he has top dial outwit, outwit will not trigger Brilliant tactition, but if he were an agent of oracle (with oracle on the card) he could use a power action to turn oracle to perplex and use the perplex to trigger Brilliant tactition. He could not be assinged Inspiring command and use the power action to turn oracle's dial to leadership because he has to meet the pre-req before the game.

Just saw (except BT). No, you have to have the statistic valeus and/or powers to assign the feat. Then during the game you can only use the feat when those stats/powers are showing or are added by another game effect.

I've never thought of using Oracle and BT in conjunction before. Probably due to the fact that someone snatched her at from me at a tourney about six months ago...
