My current interpretation of the rules is as follows...

If I make a hypersonic speed multi attack I can NOT use perplex to up the damage per punch to 2.

If I make a hypersonic speed move by attack (can you tell I played a lot of Champions?) I can use perplex to up the damage by 1.

True or false?

On point #1, I believe you are half right. I believe if you do the stand-and-punch HSS attack, you can perplex the damage, but it counts only for the first hit. Note my use of the word "believe" - I am not 100% on this, but if I'm right, it works like this:

2+1+1+1+1+1+1...

On point #2, you are correct, no "believing" about it.

Wicced, you're correct on both points. Reducing your damage stat to 1 for the pummeling HSS attack works just as it does for Energy Explosion, in that Perplex cannot happen afterwards.

outwit defence (if applicable), Perplex damage up to 5, run, hit, run, & laugh. if I only had the other harleys... oh well someone else can try it. or I could go 300 pts & add my 2 harleys (R&V), riddlers (R & LE), & V Flash & somebody else.

Flash doing 6 damage w/ outwit. Firelord is gone! E Batman is gone! E or V Supes is gone! OWAW Supes is going to have a harder fight (especially if he goes for flash & flash SSences it then is perplexed & outwits & is left just in running distance of Supes)
