looking at the Card it leads me to believe it would also stop damage from the laser turret. it does say "damage dealt to or taken by this character due to objects" and the Turret is dealing damage to the character and it is an object right.

That was the first thing I thought of. I am almost 100% certain that that is how it works. No damage from objects (Still regular damage if attacking (just no addition for the object)

Never heard anything to counter it, so yea...no LT damage against nanoarmor.

Awesome!!. I'm one of 3 people out of 16 at my venue with the Nanoarmor feat card, yet almost everyone has a turret which gets used ad-nauseam. nice to have that advantage.
