lets say Mysterio, in a given turn, Outwits an opposing clix' power, but does nothing else.....can he then Oracle up his defense?

sadly..even though it just says action....I believe it's been errated to have 2 be a full out non-free action

For confirmation, the bonus from ICwO may only be applied when a character is given a tokenable (non-free) action.

An Admin told me that I'm "too smart" for Another Realm. I hold that as a standing order.
