1. (Yeah there really are a couple of questions . . .) If Vandal Savage with vendetta on him uses Fastball Special to throw his partner to deliver a knockout on the chosen enemy figure, would he receive double points for the kill or would it be the figure that was thrown?
2. What if Fastball Special were used agianst a figure with the KC TA. Would the thrown figure need to roll to base the KC member? Or would this be like using TK where no roll would be required?
Thanks for taking the time to answer these incredibly important questions. Our tournament this weekend has a lot of krazy requirements so I thought it would be nice to be prepared!

Good question. Here's what the rules say on scoring archenemy points:

Give both characters a power action when they are adjacent: The first character must have Super Strength and the second character must be grounded and have Toughness and may not have a damage value higher then 3. The first character makes a ranged combat attack against a single opposing target within 6 squares. Place the second character in any square adjacent to the target to which the first character has clear line of fire. If the attack succeeds, the second character deals the damage. Remove the Fastball Special from the game after the attack resolves.
Fastball Special is quite clear: It is the thrown figure that deals the damage, not the thrower. In this case, Vandal Savage would not get AE points.

Characters with this team symbol and characters suffering knock back ignore this team ability.
As you can see, the KC TA activates when a figure tries to move adjacent: However, no actual movement occurs during Fastball Special - the thrown figure is just placed in an adjacent square. So no KC roll when Fastballed.
