How does Inferno work and does it work against Batman TA or Stealth?

At the beginning of your turn give a click of damage to all of your characters that are in hindering terrain.
If characters with Stealth your Batman Ally are in hindering terrain, they take a click of damage.

All Battlefield Conditions affect all players in the game, so yes.

Yes, the opponent's characters take damage on the opponent's turns.
No, your characters only take damage on your turns.
You don't take damage on your opponent's, they don't take damage on yours.

hey, how about using drag to haul somebody over to the hindering terrain so they take a click with inferno? oh the possibilities!!

I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints, the sinners are much more fun.
