say, I have noticed in few threads saying that feats cards will not be able to work with any Special powers....I was wondering why - because I plan to use Stunning Blow for Black Canary's Special Power for the tournament - but now can't use that.

Same with Green Arrow Connor Hawke's Fusillade cannot be combine with Trick Shot?

Batman (#001 - JLA)'s Out of the Shadows cannot work with Ambush/Running Start cards?

So I wonder is there a feat card that will work with any special power?

The characters do not have the prerequisites for the feat.

Batman Ally: Batman Ally team members may use Stealth(though they do not posses the Stealth power)

This means that they do not satisfy the criteria for Feats such as Ambush and Running start, where you are required to have Stealth.

The ability to use a power is different to having a power.

Likewise Dinah can use incap, but does not have it and can therefore not use Stunning blow. Nor can Avengers Spidey.

Having said that, Trick shot requires you to have RCE showing on your dial. When it is, Connor can use his SP and see through cover etc. (Awesome)

It's not that feat cards don't work with special powers. It's that Special Powers don't meet the requirements for feats. Black Canary doesn't have INC which is the Prerequisite for Stunning Blow. She has Canary Cry, while while it lets her use INc and EE is nor either power and will not meet any prerequisite that calls for either of them.

As explained she does not have INC and can't be assigned Stunning Blow.

As long as he has the Trickshot Prerequisite of RCE showing on the same click as his Fusillade they work together fine.

This Batman does not Have Stealth or Plasisticity, so he cannot be assigned either card. That has nothing to do with his Special Power.
