which of them can't be assigned Pounce and why?
which of them can't be assigned Nanobots and why?

Automatic regeneration: must the character have Regeneration showing on the dial to use it?

I have some more questions but I first need answers for these above.

I am not going to go through the units section, but off the top of my head, I believe they may all be assigned Pounce. Bottom line, check the prerequisites: they need at least one click with a damage value of 1 or 2 AND Leap/Climb. As long as there is at least one click like that, then you are good to go.

Again, I am not going to do your leg work for you, but check the prereqs. In the case on Nanobots, they need at least one click with a damage value of 2 or lower. Off the top of my head, they can all use it.

Yes. With the exception of Brilliant Tactician (which has its own special exception set out in the E&C documents), if a feat has a prerequiste the prerequisite MUST be showing in the dial window for the feat to be used.

I am assuming you mean the Moon Knight from Avengers, correct?

Nanobots
All can be assigned Nanobots. However, Patriot (first click) and Iron fist (4/7 of his dial) will not be able to use it's affects when they have a 3 damage. And Lockheed would use it at all, other than raising his cost (since he only has one click of damage and you cannot heal past your starting position), but he does qualify.

Pounce
Again, all can be assigned. However, again, the effects can only be used when both conditions are met (Black Cat and Moon Knight meet on a total of 3 clicks, Iron Fist with 2, and Patriot and Lockheed with 1). Note, that if you use it on Lockheed, he will be KOd (due to the effects of the card) when the ability granted by Pounce is used.

I mean Nova blast says I need pulse wave to assign the card and to use the power. Pounce only request L/C and damage for the card to be assigned, not to be used.
same for Heightened Reflexes, Shellhead and so on, right?

I wasn't saying your were lazy; I was just saying I am not going to look all the characters up.

Again:
Pounce's prereqs are damage value of 1 or 2 and Leap/Climb. V Iron Fist has 3 damage on his first click, so that's out and he'll have to wait until later in his dial to use it. I am not familar enough with Patriot's dial to know for sure, but I am pretty certain his damage is also 3 on the first click.

A prerequisite is a prerequisite; doesn't matter if it is only mentioned in the little prerequiste box or if it is discussed 100 times through out the card. It still needs to be showing to use the feat.

If by "the same" you mean "prerequisite showing on the dial", then yes.

I highly recommend you read (or reread) the section on feats in the LoSH rule book. That covers all this stuff. I hope this helps!

From the LoSH rulebook (p. 39):
"In order for a character to use an assigned feat, all prerequisites for the feat must be printed on the character’s base and/or be visible on its combat dial through the stat slot. If using a feat requires giving the character an action, then the prerequisites must be present on the combat dial at the time the player gives the character the action."

So you can't use Pounce on Iron Fist on his first click (he has a 3 damage value), nor can you use it on Patriot on his first click (he has a 3 damage value and doesn't even have L/C on this click).

Actually, Lockheed can use the feat. He gets no healing, but he removes the object.
