double fisted charge?

can double fisted characters with charge make a second close combat attack after the initial charge?

The "double-fisted characters" you're referring to have the Duo Attack ability. It is explained in the Legion of Super Heroes rulebook and there are also several threads created to clarify it (for those that need clarifying) which you can use the Search feature to find.

To clarify: using Duo Attack requires a Power Action, Charge grants a CLOSE COMBAT Action.

Charging Duo Figures only make one attack.
