How do you handle a Critical Miss when you announce a Multi Attack with Sinestro?

Well... just like any other....


If he misses the first.... then the click of damage would be taken immediately...


He would then be able to continue with his second attack using the new numbers... if any powers were lost, they would not be available for this 2nd attack...


this make sense?
