Im fairly new to clix, I have only played in the Starro events. So this my first time playing constructed. I have a decent amount of avengers and some other tournament legal sets like super nova and origins to pull team members from but they aren't complete sets.
Im thinking of running this for the floor event.
rampaging hulk 128
warskrull 110
Leaving only 62 points for support. I have sr scarlet witch for 35 points for prob, leaving room for like a skrull infiltrator.
I really like the hulk and I really like the warskrull but both seem to be 2 much =/
Just for my information, whats the best why to get these guys into combat? A flier can't carry them if they have an object right? Is it best to have a flier carry them right on top of the guy I want to attack, or is it best to have them carry them close and charge(i guess it depends of the kind of flier) or should I user a flier like danger room's storm with stealth and block line of sight till my melee can move next round? Or is it better to have some cheap tk? Or a flier with tk? Is it best to pass up picking up an object if I can hit them fast with tk?
I played with warskrull and silver savage in sealed and warskrulls skrull ability and shape shifting came up big for me, but when I got to a mostly range team with Danger I got torn apart. I am really scared to face her again
The game requires a little bit of strategy when setting up.
You should place the objects where you will need them, but where your opponent is less likely to make use of them.
If you have a flier, put the object within range of the carried character - but somewhere with blocked LoF to the main line of movement your opponent is likely to take. You can fly Hulk up next to the object on turn 1, and on turn 2 he can move in carrying it.
You can TK a figure carrying an object (Marvel Girl or Red Tornado are cheap), or you can TK an object up to a character before the move.
TK is your friend, when it comes to bricks. that and good positioning and use of blocking terrain. you really have to limit the attacks your brick will suffer before he is in base contact with your foe.
something along the lines of...
marvel girl for TK
Iceman (FC) for some barrier and secondary ranged attack
maybe a cheap close combat piece like shatterstar, who can be TK thrown into battle after hulk...

I'm new to the game as well and I also have Storm from Danger room. She has the Wing for being a flyer, but not the solid circle for being a transporter. Did I miss something?

Nope. She can fly and carry another figure (as can all flying figs), she just can't do the transporter move and attack option.
Well, I AM pretty awesome.
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.
