I was wondering if it is possible to use DD and MM's B/C/F during their duo attack. The Duo is a Power Action (like Flurry) and you can use Flurry and Blades. So, does this mean they can use their Duo attack and Blades?

Flurry is a close combat action, not a power action. BCF activates when you give the character a close combat action (so using Flurry activates BCF).

The Duo Ability is a power action, as you noted, and only grants two free close or ranged combat attacks. Not actions.

BCF will not work with the Duo Ability.
