My question is :

- when i choose damage :
Do i still use an object to boost up the damage ?
Does Shield TA or enhancement power still work ?

- when i choose defence :
Does the hindering terrain bonus still available ?

- when i choose attack :
Does Hydra / PD TA still work ?

If you choose damage you can't modify this value with an object or with enhancement (they are both modifiers, so you can't apply them), but you can use BCF (it's a replacement value, not a modifier).

When you choose attack Hydra and PD TA can't be applied (but you can use, for exemple, batman enemy TA or Sinister Syndacate for the same reason above)

For the hindering terrain and defense value I'm not sure, but I think hindering terrain grants a modifier, so you shouldn't be able to apply that

For the most part, you cannot. The bonus is now added to the damage value. Certain special objects (pop machine and mailbox) have properties which apply modifiers to the damage dealt. These ones will somewhat bypass the BFC. (Using the pop machine, for example, the +2 to damage value would not be applied, but the +1 to the damage dealt would be applied.)

The hindering bonus addes to the defense value, so it could not be used.
