I plan on using the High Evoultionary next week. He is good on his own but i want to make him better. I was thinking of using Shellhead on him to keep his def up high. It would also work well with his Cosmic Power ability no push damage but with Shellhead two tokens equla +2 def.

Any Suggestion??

and the judge lets us use retired pieces. He isnt the best judge

Those are the feats I would put on him.

I like the feats that Raiserb1ade suggested and in terms of figures I would probably go with Fabian Cortez or some other perplex figures.

I think Fabian could work well because if HE takes damage early on thats fine it just gets him to his sweet clicks that much faster. And when he does hit his sweet spot he won't have to worry about taking damage from Fabian's SP unless you roll a 6. Also, HE damage is relatively low in the middle of his dial so the damage bump from Fabian could really be nasty especially since HE will be pushing frequently.

That would bring you up to 234 pts. leaving plenty of room for some of the great low cost pieces form M&M.

my son had great luck in Floor playing High Evolutionary and Box plus a few feats which escape me. his 'maroon and silver army'.

I used HE with auto regen and while my opponent was trying to kill just him, since my R Kang and V Dr. Mid-Nite were taken out really early, i was able to take out like three of his people rolling a lucky 6 to be able to do some real damage i love HE, and try to work him into every "scientist" team possible.

I played HE with Living Laser and a pair of low-point guys (R Dr Mid-nite and R Atom) for Scientists that were able to stand up to a dual-Warskrull threat.

I also used him in a sealed game with Storm and the two of them knocked off a Green Scar... carefully. Just remember the Giant power as well as the PC power. Being a Giant when you want to be can really work in your favor.

HE is a simply fabulous piece! I love his wide range of abilities, and hes got good stats to boot! I also love his sculpt, one of my faves in the pack! I'd say that Raiserb1ade has hit the nail on the head with those feats.
