quick outwit question

if guy 1 outwits a power on guy 2, and guy 3 comes between them (efectively terminating line of site) does guy 2 get his power back immediately, or at the start of his next turn, or at the start of guy 1 next turn?

The start of Guy 1's next turn. Outwit doesn't require a maintained line of sight.

If Guy 1's outwitter loses outwit, though, guy 2 gets his power back immediately.
