pulse wave is without a doubt the most confusing power in the game.

1) what exactly does it do
2) can i use enhancement, sheild team, or perplex abilities with it?

1 -- It hits everyone (everyone who isn't stealthed) within a circle (the pulse waver being at the center).

2 -- You can use enhancement (and only opposing figures take the extra damage), shield (everyone including the shield person will take the extra damage), but not perplex (you can perplex the damage up but as soon as you say you are using pulse wave on multiple targets your damage is then reset to 1 negating the perplex).
