1. I have a Trigon who has psychic blast and ranged combat expert (base damage 4). Can I RCE someone for SIX penetrating damage?

2. Can the KC chase Superman charge AND use flurry all in the same turn? I saw an article that seem to say he could but I just want to be sure.

If these have been asked in the past I apologize. I have a small informal group of HC players and I'm kind of the battlemaster for them. Thanks for any an all help!

1. Nope. Ranged Combat Expert requires a power action to activate, Psychic Blast a ranged combat action, so the two can't be used together.

2. Yes. Charge grants a close combat action as a free action, and Flurry recquires a close combat action to activate, so the two work perfectly fine together.

They have been asked in the past and will be asked ad nauseum in the future. Do not apologize.
