With the new rules in the FF starter we will see a lot of combination of powers that weren't possible before, including the combination of B/C/F and Incapacitate on Crisis Green Arrow (his 3rd click, through a special power).
This combination seemingly allows mr. Arrow to blade for 1D6 damage in close combat in addition to adding a token to his target if you equip him with Stunning Blow, since the text of SB reads

I predict there will be a lot of clarifications/erratas in the near future

Wow, that's just nasty. My gut feeling tells me it doesn't work somehow, but I can't see how it doesn't. Well, with this in mind, I'm sure future dials will be designed to avoid things like this.
Still don't see how this is streamlining the game, but that's just me being cranky.

Well it's like this: If you have Incapacitate, now you qualify for a feat with Incapacitate as a prerequistite. Simple as that. Streamlined
You're good. But I'm magic!

The problem is that a lot of new players come from the "race generation" they want to define their worth by the "skill" they posses in playing a game of toy soldiers.

You sure you didn't mean to end that with "glossed over"? Because you ignored the fact that this new ruling will only increase errata and the "does this work with.." questions. Which, to my admittedly cranky butt doesn't seem to streamline much.
