Say your playing on the office map and you need to go thru the wall to get to your opponet, declare a move action, break the wall and keep going. Works with charge and hypersonic also. Don't forget to place your debris tokens after destroying the wall or barrier.

As far as I can tell, Wallbuster does NOT work with Charge or Hypersonic:
Charge and Hypersonic Speed are both Power Actions, not Move Actions, so Wallbuster cannot be used with either power.

Aside from that bit, Boosnickerty was correct. You can destroy walls/blocking terrain when moving.
