Well if you go off of the old X-Men cartoon I believe they had Sabertooth, Mystique, and Nightcrawler all being related. Apparently Sabertooth and Mystique got together and had Jason Creed who became some big mutant hater. Then Mystique got with some Austrian Count and had Nightcrawler. I'm not sure if this is the same in the comics or not.

The team could be:

Yea, I remember that... I think rogue was in there too.... yo could add rogue in there and make it a 300 pt team... tho it wouldn't be very good Point wise.... but o well.... that wasn't really the point of this post anyway...

This is odd, because just last week I was thinking of making teams made up of "couples." Man and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend. Didn't think through the points, but there are several options:

Spider-Man/Black Cat
Daredevil/Electra
Daredevil/Black Widow (dude's a stud)
Mr. Fantastic/Invisible Woman
Cyclops/Jean Grey
Constrictor/Titania
Scarlet Witch/Vision
Rogue/Gambit (sort of)
Typhoid Mary/Taskmaster (didn't they have a thing?)
