So, like the "Top 10" Martail Artists list, compose a list of your "Top 10" team/group/clubhouse leaders, then I'll tally them up and have a final list of everyone's votes put together.

I could only come up with five thus far. I'll need to think it over and get back to it a bit later.
01) Hawkeye/Clint Barton - West Coast Avengers and T-Bolts
02) Captain America - Invaders and Avengers
03) Susan Richards - FF
04) Doc Ock - The Original Sinister Six
05) Electro (Max Dillion) - Emissaries of Evil

I can't argue with that list too much, although I'd add two of my own:
Helmut Zemo - Masters of Evil/Thunderbolts. Zemo was really interesting character-wise during this time (at least until the whole Counter-Earth and Moonstones bit), and the invasion of Avengers Mansion may be the most iconic Masters of Evil story.
Wasp - Avengers. I waffled a bit on including her, but she kept the team interesting when the Big Three weren't there and held her own when they were. Plus, that stretch really added a lot of depth to her character in my book.

I was going to add Helmut, but I wasn't sure where on the list he'd go. And Wasp... I never liked her leading, so I can't see her on the top ten list.
