I mean, it's the exact same situation, look:

Jean (2003): Dies an epic death against X-Men's most hated villian (Who actually wasn't!).

Jason (1992): Killed by Joker, Batman feels guilty since.

Jason (2005?): Comes back without notion and begins supervillian'ing.

Jean (2008): (Maybe) Comes back without notion and begins supervillian'ing.

Joker kills Jason (1988) - you're right on with Jason returns (2005)

How do you know he hasn't? Come to think of it, with all his drunkeness, he may've hooked up with quite a few. Might've even hit on someone I mentioned in last weeks reviews (tho not a mutie).
Heck, come to think of it, I'm surprised Marvel doesn't milk his drunkeness for all it's worth and come out with a book entitled something maybe like, "The Drunken Misadventures Of Iron Man".
And come to think of it, if Wolvie does get that operation, and dates Cap, only to cheat on Cap with Tony, would that start another Civil War?
