Lets say my hero is Graccus, he has a Krol Blade out, and a Blesing of Might on himself for +1ATK.
-When I strike with the Krol Blade, do I exhaust Graccus?
-Comprehensive rules 2.0 say that I can strike with weapon eventho my hero is exhausted (303.2) so can I first attack with my hero dealing 1 damage, then strike with weapon dealing 4 more?
-Effects such as Frost nova say that attackers cant attack, this includes heroes striking with weapons right?
To attack with your hero, you declare the attack just like with allies, and if the attack is legal then your hero exhausts. Weapons are not involved with that at all.
Striking with a weapon is done during the "defend window" of the attack only (regardless of whether your hero is attacking or defending), and isn't dependant on your hero being ready or exhausted, just that you have resources to pay for any strike costs, and it adds it's attack to your hero's overall attack for that attack.
so yes, you can declare an attack with graccus, let it become legal and pass to defend window, strike with the krol blade for 3 atk and BoM will also give your hero 1 atk to deal 4 damage total (assuming you don't play anything else).
frost nova says you can't attack, if they play it after the attack is legal it doesn't stop you from striking with a weapon.
Maybe I just misunderstood the question, but you can't attack with your hero, deal 1, then use a weapon with a separate attack. You can attack with both at the same time however.
