Of course, that was the thread that inspired me to take pictures of blackened dials so that I could show him. And then as I saw what the problem was, it inspired me to come up with the solution to the "creep" as everyone else calls it.

So, without Tuttle, the solution to the "creep" would not have been found... or at least not by me.

Here's where I'm at with Tuttle, and this will likely echo Eif...

I don't know what decisions he made. So I can't blame him for much of anything. I don't have enough facts. I'm well aware that their actual production was based overseas, and it was mentioned a few times by this or that WK employee that the communication with the factory was off at times, thanks to all sorts of factors. Use your imagination, it's not hard to figure out how that could happen.

What I DO know, is that he came off very arrogant when speaking in public, and carried a "The Emperor has no clothes" mentality with him, when he was in any sort of communication with the customer base.

We're geeks. Geeks are, by nature, not the most unintelligent people on the planet. So when you tell us something that is the exact opposite of what we perceive, we're not going to treat you very nicely. Now, mix that in with a few problems with bent cards, new rules, non-clicking dials, 10 weeks of sealed play, pay-to-play tournaments, etc...., and you have a perfect storm of geeks that are mad at you, and blame you for everything.

So, do I hate Tuttle? No. I'm pretty easy to piss off, and he did so with some of his comments, but I try not to hate people. Especially over plastic. Do I think Wizkids should have hired a PR guy, after Tuttle's first botched public foray? Heck yes.
